During your course of study, you will practice discernment and critical reflection, drawing on social justice values and research-based leadership strategies. You will learn how to employ tactics that engage the whole person and the entire community to improve student outcomes.


Throughout the program, you will add to your existing skill set to build an inspirational and ambitious career in educational leadership. In addition, you’ll have the option to choose between a concentration in Social Justice Leadership, a concentration in Educational Policy Development, and a Principal Licensure track (Massachusetts only).
