Guiding the Future of Educational Leadership

Organizational change begins with one person. With an M.Ed. in Leadership and Policy, that person is you.

At the Carolyn A. and Peter S. Lynch School of Education and Human Development, we understand that our world needs educational leaders who are trained in critical reflection and are dedicated to improving equitable opportunities for students. During the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership & Policy program, students learn to assume or advance in leadership roles at educational institutions and in the greater community. Our graduates work to guide the next generation through education.

Lead Your School, Guide Your Students

The Master of Education in Educational Leadership & Policy addresses leadership challenges through a comprehensive and agile course of study, centered on standards-based reform, technological advances, and evidence-based practices. Through the completion of 10 classes (30 credits), our course of study prepares leaders from all professions to better serve the needs of their communities.

What to Expect

More than an M.Ed., our program empowers leaders to nurture and sustain an equitable educational culture through critical inquiry, reflection, and social justice-driven leadership strategies.
